On April 13, Pack 33 joined in for the town-wide Earth Day Clean-up. Thanks to all of the scouts who helped -- your impact was tremendous! Please see the note below from the WCLT.
"On behalf of the Westborough Community Land Trust, I want to extend a sincere thanks to you and your pack for your hard work on the Earth Day cleanup effort on Saturday. The area I assigned you to was a very difficult one because it had never been on our cleanup list before. I was notified about how bad it was by our town's conservation officer, who was concerned because our town has well heads for our drinking water supply in there, and he saw how people had been dumping in the area when he went in there to check on them. Your group rose to the task, even requesting additional bags so you could keep working after filling the ones you were initially given. You can all be very proud of yourselves."
